CONTEXT

Whilst the land is not allocated in the Development Plan it is well related to the existing built up area, and comprises parts of two sites which have been promoted for residential allocation through the Wiltshire Council Local Plan Review Call for Sites (2017) (site references: 715 and 1027). The Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment concluded that both sites were suitable, available, achievable and deliverable for housing in the short-term.
